Small-batch donuts, poured-over coffee, and the kind of morning ritual that makes Chireno feel like home. Every piece is made fresh each dawn.
"The best donuts in upstate Texas, without question."
— Chireno Herald
A neighborhood
baker with
a quiet obsession.
Chireno Donuts began as a weekend experiment in a home kitchen — dough that rose slowly, glazes that set just right, and a conviction that a donut shouldn't need to shout to be memorable.
Today we bake from a small shop on Main Street, where the same patience still governs every batch. We source local dairy, grind our own cinnamon, and refuse to use shortcuts that would compromise texture or flavor. The result is modest by design: donuts that taste like they were made for someone you know.

The patience
is the secret
ingredient.
We don't rush the dough. We don't cut corners on ingredients. Every step is deliberate, and every batch is small enough to care about.
Slow fermentation
Our dough rests overnight. This develops flavor deep in the crumb — nothing rushed, nothing artificial.
Wood-fired fry
We fry in small batches at a precise temperature. The result is a exterior that shatters and a center that melts.
Glazed while warm
Every glaze is applied within minutes of frying, so it sets with a thin, glassy finish that clings instead of sliding off.
Come say
hello.
